DURABLE ASPHALTIC COATING
Durable Asphaltic Coating is a specially formulated, asphaltic, mastic coating, providing a quick and easy way to stop water leaks.
Durable Asphaltic Coating covers cracks and small holes with a flexible and extremely durable coating. For larger holes, cover the hole with a piece of gauze or cloth to provide a base for the spray coating. Repeat applications may be necessary on large cracks and holes.
Durable Asphaltic Coating can be applied to damp surfaces and may be painted over when dry (allow at least 24 hours).
Durable Asphaltic Coating is extremely flexible and durable in all weathers. It will not sag in summer nor crack in winter.
Durable Asphaltic Coating is a most useful maintenance product for industrial and commercial premises.
Seals roofs – tile, slate, metal, asphalt or roofing felt.
Seals drain pipes.
Seals gutters and down pipes – metal or heavy plastic.
Seals caravans, greenhouses, and outhouses etc.
Do not use on polystyrene.
Unsuitable for leaks in pipes etc. under mains water or heating pump pressure.
Durable Asphaltic Coating must not come into contact with potable water.
