PRODERM is an extremely effective, biodegradable, germicidal barrier cream which is easy to apply, fast drying and grease less.
PRODERM actually forms a protective, greaseless film on the skin that is effective against paints, resins, epoxies, plastics, inks, tar and other materials that may contribute to skin irritation.
PRODERM is non-toxic, completely neutral, and will not irritate most skin tissues.
The bacteriological agents contained in PRODERM are effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, e.g. the bacteria which may cause problems in hospitals, skin pathogenic bacteria, dermatophytes and bacteria which cause body odour, including:
Bacillus subtilis, clostridium tetani, corynebacteriumacnes, mycobacterium tubercolosis, staphylococcus aureus, streptococcuspyrogenes, escherichia coli, haemophilus influenzae, pasteurella septica,salmonella enteritidis and salmonella typhi, etc.
PRODERM is safe to use all over the body, including the face and is an added protection against oils, greases and other forms of soiling.
PRODERM contains both glycerine and lanolin and is a first class emollient which makes the skin smooth, soft and supple. It can also be used as a replenishing cream which is very useful in dry skin conditions.
Being in aerosol form, PRODERM is very hygienic as it is not contaminated by the previous user and each aerosol contains up to 200 applications, making it economic in use.
